For questions pertaining to financial aid or billing, UMass Boston's One Stop has "live chat" Mon-Fri during business hours.

Access to WISER

On-Campus Housing

  • Housing is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is limited. 
  • In order to secure on-campus housing students must:
    • Submit $300 housing reservation fee via Beacon Gateway
    • Log into portal to complete housing application
    • Student and guarantor must sign a housing license agreement
    • All steps must be completed in order to guarantee a room

Orientation

New Student Orientation is mandatory for all new students and is a great way to meet classmates, explore campus and connect with faculty, staff and academic advisors. After submitting an Enrollment Deposit, students may register for a New Student Orientation session via Beacon Gateway.
